1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Products & Ordering

• All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Images are for illustration only; actual products may differ slightly in appearance.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4 Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for all deliveries within KSA.
• Credit / Debit Card — processed securely via a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Installments — where available, subject to the partner payment provider's terms.

All transactions are encrypted. We never store your full card number.

5 Shipping & Delivery

• Free delivery is available nationwide across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6 Returns & Refunds

• You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Products purchased during flash sales may not be eligible for returns.

7 Merchant Programme

• Merchants must apply and receive admin approval before listing products.
• All merchant products are subject to review and may be approved or rejected at our discretion.
• Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.
• Misleading listings or fraudulent behaviour will result in immediate account termination.
• Olive Branch retains the right to remove any merchant product at any time.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Olive Branch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Olive Branch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Al-Jouf region, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
